I have been way off my exercise game and trying to get back on it. This morning I did 3 laps on the Quarry Heights stairs (208 plus a few), and this evening 8 on the McNear Landing stairs (50) so over a thousand. I realize that's only like 7-800' vertical at sea level (+ hill to and from), but...
