8 cups of cream, 8 lbs of chocolate, enough vanilla and almond extract to get a buzz off the fumes. Didn't have butter to soften up the ganache more, but it should be okay. Next up getting various neighborhood folks together to dip a couple o' hundred truffles for Diana's memorial.
