The Flutterby libraries as hosted on git-hub are a version of the Perl modules that were written to support the Flutterby.net and Flutterby.com web sites.
If you're interested in hacking on them, please email danlyke@flutterby.com so that we can try to figure out where they should go and how they can be made useful. It'd also be a good idea to take the portions of them that duplicate good code in CPAN and integrate those ideas.
